Latest reviews of LAist app for iPhone and iPad

Feb 2017 -- The app is so useful to listen to whatever show I want, when I want it. HOWEVER I cannot find a way to turn it off without restarting my phone. It shows you how much I like KPCC to deal with this issue -- I'm willing to restart my phone multiple times a day just to get the darn thing to shut up. But honestly, why isn't there a way to turn it off? I downloaded two "App Killer" apps, but they couldn't tackle it either.

Starting sometime in October, the app keeps backing up and repeating segments of the story it is broadcasting. So intermittently you have to listen to the previous 60 seconds or so again. And it keeps happening. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem doesn't go away. This is happening on Apple devices and on Android devices. I am no longer using this app. It is broken and annoying.
